A chronic illness diagnosis, significant burnout, and painful, heavy, unbearable periods each month are what sparked my curiosity about my menstrual cycle –
Why was each month painful, frustrating, and full of tension; and how could I take care of myself so that I may release some, if not all of that pain, frustration and tension I was feeling each month.
I started reading all. of. the. things! OK, not quite, but it sure felt like it. I reached a point of information overload!! I was consuming information, and yet I still was unsure how or if, what I was consuming was relevant for me and my cyclical experience. So, I sough out support – a coach and a naturopath became a part of my support team to reconnect me with my cyclical body, understanding its cyclical experience + expression, and create a more compassionate and caring self-care that was both nurturing and nourishing – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

MENSTRUAL CYCLE COACHING
WHAT IS INCLUDED
: 3-month coaching series comprised of six fortnightly coaching sessions
: all sessions conducted online via Zoom Video Conferencing (AEST/AEDT)
Session 1: Menstrual pool of possibilities (60mins)
Intention setting session: how would you like to feel at the end of the coaching series? What would you like to have created, shifted, changed or embodied?
Session 2: Heart + womb visioning (60mins)
Grounding into your vision: getting crystal clear on your vision, that which will anchor, guide and support you; and be a beacon as you move through the coaching series and beyond.
Sessions 3, 4 + 5: Musings, wisdom + wonder (60mins)
Cycle insights and reflections; and setting of inspired forward actions.
Session 6: Celebration (60mins)
Series reflections, expression of gratitude and celebration.
: Pre-session cycle check-ins.
: Email and voice message support (Voxer) throughout your coaching series.
: Access to cycle resources to support you in self exploration.
: Cyclical resource suggestions (books to read, podcasts to listen to, etc.)
: one-off payment of $1350 or fortnightly payment plan available [$225 per fortnight], at no extra cost.

My style of coaching may be described as intuitive and energy led.
What I mean by this is I will use my intuition to feel into the energy of the session, and alongside my coaching skills hold space for you to talk it out, share + reflect on your cyclical experience, thoughts, feelings, insights and lessons. With intuitive reflection I will guide you on your menstrual journey through shining a light on your path of self-exploration, and support you to feel brave to reconnect with your body and turn your focus inwards.

You'll be asked to complete a 'Pre-Cycle Coaching Questionnaire' so you can get clear on what it is you’d like to get out of your coaching experience, and I can start to get to know you better.
Then, arrive to your Complimentary Consult in comfy clothes, your drink of choice, something to take notes with, an open heart, and any questions you may have for me. We will chat about what it is you hope to get out of coaching based on your questionnaire responses. This is also a wonderful opportunity for both of us to see we are a good fit to work together.
