a 1:1 menstrual cycle coaching program supporting you to create a deeper connection, awareness and understanding of your menstruating body and its cyclical needs, so that you may embody a cyclical experience that works for you!

I am Sussana Christine (she/her), a Menstrual Cycle Coach whose mission is to help you release yourself from what menstrual cycle awareness and cyclical living "should" look like; to reclaim your cyclical truth; and to rebel against the clusterfuck of societal norms and expectations of menstruation and cyclical living ...

 

... so that you may embody a cyclical experience that works for YOU! 

My coaching approach is not a one-size fits all, cookie-cutter approach to menstrual cycle awareness. Rather, it is a personalised approach where we focus on your unique experience of your menstrual cycle and your changing needs. Together we curate a cyclical experience that is meaningful, sustainable and accessible to you.

The Embodied Menstrual Cycle coaching program embraces:

explore your unique menstrual cycle patterns and cyclical experience while learning about the four phases of the cycle (as they apply to you); and tuning into your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self.

reflect on how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours change throughout your menstrual cycle and how they may impact your daily life and overall wellbeing.

create a cyclical experience that works for you based on your personal understanding of its unique patterns, strengths, vulnerabilities, and cyclical needs.

express your cyclical self by embracing who you are and what you need, letting that guide your cyclical experience in an authentic and empowering way.

Communicating insights, reflections and lessons about your health, happiness and wellbeing. Communicating about how you are feeling within your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self; as well as what you may need more of, less of, what is working and what requires tweaking.

A coaching series includes

→ 3-months of 1:1 coaching support, guidance & accountability

→ x6, 60minute fortnightly coaching sessions

→ all sessions conducted online via Zoom (AEST/AEDT)

→ pre-session cycle check-in questionnaires

→ email support throughout your coaching series 

→ access to resources to support self-exploration & reflection

→ cyclical resource suggestions relevant to you

Upon completion of The Embodied Menstrual Cycle coaching program

→ your cycle tracking practice will have evolved to include identifying and understanding the four phases of the menstrual cycle as they apply to you, 

→ you will be have gathered important observations surrounding your cyclical strengths and vulnerabilities, whilst also understanding how to maximise and respond to them,

→ you will have created cyclical self-care practices that are meaningful to you and your lifestyle, and is adaptable to your changing cyclical needs, 

→ you will feel empowered in your cyclical experience.

Payment options include paying in full or dividing payments into three or six instalments with no extra cost.

→ Arrive to your scheduled time in comfy clothes, your drink of choice, something to take notes with, an open heart and any questions you may have for me regarding menstrual cycle coaching and working with me as your coach. 

→ An Exploration Call provides a great opportunity to discuss your coaching goals based on your questionnaire responses and determine if we are a good match to work together.

→ At the conclusion of our 30-mins together, you get to decide how you would like to proceed!

  • What is your availability for coaching sessions?
    My coaching days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with morning, afternoon and evenings times (AEST/AEDT) available. In this season of my business, to honour my energy and be the best coach I can be for my clients, I only work with a limited number of clients at any one time.   • What can I expect to happen in our coaching sessions?
    The coaching sessions have been designed to be led by you based on where you are at and what you hope to achieve during our time together. We do this through identifying your current experience of your menstrual cycle, set intentions for the coaching series, and connect to your vision of your cyclical experience. Within coaching sessions we explore and reflect on your menstrual cycle patterns and create a cyclical lifestyle that aligns with your unique needs. Throughout the sessions, you will set inspired actions to express your cyclical self in a way that feels true and aligned to you. I may use a variety of techniques and tools to help you identify and work towards your intentions, such as asking powerful questions, providing feedback and accountability, and offering guidance and support.
  • How do you customise your approach to meet my specific needs?
    The Embodied Menstrual Cycle coaching program takes a personalised approach to connecting to and understanding your unique cyclical experience and needs. We explore menstrual cycle awareness and cyclical living as it applies to you; and create an experience that is tailored to your needs and within your current lifestyle. In addition, if you have any specific accessibility needs that may support you and how you engage with the program, you’re invited to share those with me within the pre-menstrual cycle coaching questionnaire, so that we may discuss them during our Exploration Call, and you can decide if I am able to meet those needs for you.   • I do not have a menstrual cycle; can I still work with you?
    The Embodied Menstrual Cycle coaching program is tailored towards people with a menstrual cycle and who have an established cycle tracking practice. The focus of the coaching program is on developing a deeper connection, awareness and understanding of your menstruating body and its cyclical needs, so that you may create a cyclical experience that works for you.
